Does the ESPN have a program like the Rainforest Cafe (you pay for a membership, but get offers or coupons)?

Does the Entertainment Book have an ESPN coupon?

I don't know about either of those you listed, but there are discounts for AP holders and DDE members. Don't know beyond those two.
