Any down side to Windsor Hills?

We had to change our dates and we lost our favorite home in Rolling Hills, but after scouring through >50 proposals and counter offers we have it down to the top 6 in Windsor Hills, Rolling Hills, Formosa Gardens and Emerald Isle.
Our thoughts are that with the price about the same, Windsor Hill homes will be newer and generally more upscale. Our grown kids may like the pool and fitness center there.
Do you see any down sides to Windsor Hills? Noise? Traffic?
Is the pool heated in the winter (mid January)?
