One of dd's hardcover HP books got messed up by her younger brother and it's been World War 3 between them! Has anyone seen any deals on sets of paperbacks I can get for my boys to read?

Thanks!

I got a great deal on the boxed set ($20-$25) at a scholastic book fair warehouse near the end of the school year. They sell all the leftover stuff cheep to make room for the next years book fair inventory.

I have also got individual titles used at our local church thrift store for $.50.

Scholastic has them for $48 on their website, Amazon $55..... I know I've seen them at Costco but can't remember off the top of my head exactly how much it was. We ended up buying the Kindle versions so everyone could read them when they wanted without fighting.

I got a code today from scholastic.com for 20% off until Nov. 26th and they have free shipping on orders over $25. The code is BLKFRI

Thank you! I never thought of scholastic! Looks like you can get 5% through ebates, too.

Be sure to compare what you find with Amazon too. When I looked through the boxed sets, some came out to be great deals with the code, but some were still higher than Amazon (which is generally free shipping for over $25).

You can buy used sets on Amazon as well if they don't need to be new. They are usually cheaper. Or you could check used bookstores, the ones near me usually have loads of HP books.
