A friend of mine will be vacationing at Puerto Plata in March & was hoping to find some decent prices on airfare. She'll be flying out of Philly {PHL to POP}. I dont fly myself so I'm not as in-the-know on the airfare deals when they crop up. Right now she's looking at about $700 roundtrip. Does anyone out there know of any sites/airlines/specials that would offer better deals than that?
