Any crowd difference b/w 3rd and 4th week of October?

Hi - hoping someone can help. We were planning on going to WDW third week of October with my in-laws. They just asked if we could switch it to the next week. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with these weeks? My only concern with the last week is Halloween, although we'll only be hitting the parks Mon-Friday (we'll be driving back north Friday night). I'm hoping that the later week will even be on the cooler temperature side (I'm spoiled from our last Dec. trip - the weather was incredible!).

Any input?

In 2003 we went 10/30-11/8. I can tell you the weather was incredibly humid-- and in the mid to upper 80's everyday. So, I think it will be hot no matter which week you go. As for the crowds-- I didn't quite fully encompass either of your weeks but I'm sure someone else will be able to help on that aspect.

Last year we visited WDW the last 2 weeks of October and first week of November and didn't really notice a difference in the crowds. Its my favorite time to visit. The crowds are low, the weather is good and you can go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!!! We will be there again this year the last week of October and first week of November.
