Any crockpot WW receipes?

yes in my WW cookbooks I do believe so -- it's late and i'm calling it a night, tell me what you are interested in , chicken, beef, vegetarian??? i'll post tomorrow ok?

OhMom, these sound good. Which cookbook do you have? Did you buy them at meetings or can I buy them online? I will be going to my first meeting next week, and am planning for our whole family to eat the right way from now on. I love my crock pot, and was wondering if I would still be able to use it. What recipes do you have for beef? (you don't have to post the recipe, just the title would be fine for now.)

Gonna sound gross. Haven't tried it, but the raves just POUR in from members about this one....

Take a roast (beef or pork), add 1 cup of ketchup, 1 can of diet soda and cook it all day.
