Any complications with resort reservation not being linked to MDE?

It's OK and something I knew from the beginning. Basically its like when folks have different friends/family members switching out during the course of a reservation. We are listed on the reservation so Magical Express and checking in separately from the lead guest won't be an issue.

I have already thought about the bedding and will certainly have clean sheets to sleep on. It's a great point.

No. It’s not the same. Friends and family members know each other. You’re sharing this reservation with someone you don’t even know well enough to include in your friends & family list on MDE. BIG DIFFERENCE! HUGE!

So you're bringing your own sheets?? With friends/family you at least know each other. Non-cash DVC rooms have a fixed cleaning schedule, not a "we are trying to game the system and need a cleaning before we're supposed to" schedule.

Well, even staying on DVC points, you can get mousekeeping more often than the normal schedule, you just have to request and pay for it. But this entire situation is just totally sketchy and I’d run far away from it.
