Any comments which might be the better choice ....

Residence Inn SeaWorld
- a little more money but they also offer free breakfast, free shuttle to parks and maybe free shuttle to the airport

or

International Plaza Resort (beside SeaWorld)
- cheaper by $30 but no breakfast or shuttle to the airport - just shuttle to parks. Newly renovated

Will it cost me $30 a day for breakfast (for 2 adults and 2 children) ?

Depends on what you eat for breakfast. A hotel restaurant breakfast is at least $10 per person. You could just pick up some fruit or a danish and coffee, but not sure that is a great start to a day full of activity. You can also pack items such as poptarts and bagels in your checked luggage and have an in room breakfast. Also realize that most hotel park shuttles are on a bare minimum schedule and may not be very convenient. You may want to call these hotels and find out specifics.

What are the size of the rooms? The RI has one BR suites and with kids that is so much better than 1 hotel room.
I like the free breakfast, not having to drive somewhere, order and take time to pay. We try to eat well before going to the parks so we have energy to walk a lot. We would usually spend about $25 on breakfast anyway. But, sometimes it is boring to eat at the same place for days.
