No, not as of yet. Some guests have reported getting surveys asking which characters they would like to see in a character meal, and Lilo and Stitch were on the list. I think they would be great at the 'Ohana character breakfast, since Mickey is right across the Seven Seas Lagoon at Chef Mickey's.
