OP--I got that you meant that would the offer that is coming out with pin codes be made available as a 3 letter code for other groups or the general public. It seemed obvious to me the intent behind the question. Maybe that just means I spend too much time on these boards.
Anyhow, I don't know. There seems to be a general pin code postcard going around and then one targeted to AP holders. It's the one targeted to AP holders that has me wondering. I don't remember ever hearing of that before. Usually, it's a general code made available to *all* AP holders.
However, it will depend on how successful Disney is at getting the bookings up through the targeted mailers. If they get lots of bookings, they won't release general codes. No need to. If they don't fill the bookings as high as they like, general codes are more likely to come out. I would guess that they would be rolled out gradually. I'm also guessing, it would go to AP holders before the GP, but I could be way wrong there. Just in the past, AP codes usually come out before GP codes, but like I said, I don't remember (and
remember is the key word) targeted mailers going out to AP holders. I have no idea where Disney Visa holders would fit in. Last year they got
free dining offers first, but in the fall it was rumored they'd get a code opportunity first, but then didn't.
