What about the parcel they just applied for the classification change on from wetlands to buildable? Just outside epcot and next to BCV, (in the woods) with the monorail track running through? That would be a great new location-- and the first Epcot monorail resort.....

Disney has filed a permit for a release of conservation easement of 252 acres of property.

I copied this from a page in rumors and news... from rteetz....
The area outside epcot in light green is the one in question here....

It's actually right next to the solar farm. you get a great look at it on google earth since the images have been recently updated.
