Mr Toad was still open in 1993, because that is the year I introduced my husband to WDW... in fact, Mr Toad was also open when we were there in August of 1998. Pooh opened in 1999.
I really loved that ride, and it was my favorite in Fantasyland (that distinction has now gone to Peter Pan's Flight). Although I would never want them to get rid of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, I do wish they could find a way to reincorporate Mr Toad somewhere within the parks. I like the idea of a theme park with defunct attractions that could include, not only Mr Toad, but Horizons, World of Motion, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Doug, Live, and for restaurants and refreshments they could have the Soundstage Character Meal, and the Catwalk Bar!
