My daughters and I can sometimes get car sick. I'd like to ride Test track but don't want it to ruin the rest of our day. Anyone else get car sick but manage on this ride?

I also thought about us all taking bronine ( I think that's the name) before our day at the parks to help with motion sickness. Anyone else do that successfully?

I get a little car sick on occasion. But I have ridden Test Track many times. I think it's because it goes so quickly, my body does not have time to get queasy. I say enjoy.

I get car sick - I use the wrist (seabands) bands all the time when my husband drives.

I do not experience this feeling when I'm on Test Track. That being said, I always look forward when I'm in the car at test track and try not to look to the side when going fast.

Test Track is a very quick ride to get through.

I do not attempt any of the spinning rides, Teacups, dumbo, etc.

Good Luck.

My fiance gets car sick pretty easily and quickly when she isn't driving. Test Track is one of her favorite rides. She also doesn't seem to have an issue with rides like Dumbo or Astro Orbiter, BLSRS or TSM, ToT or basically any of the roller coasters. She has even done the Teacups twice and neither time resulted in a protein spill (the first time we went on I held the wheel so that there was no extra spinning, the second time she spun the wheel herself to keep it at a pace she can handle). The only ride on property that she almost lost it on was MS.

She usually does take Bonine durring our trips. Start taking it a day or 2 before your trip so that your body gets used to it and try to take it the same time every day.

I have two motion-sickies in my crew, and neither of them have any problems on Test Track - we ride it a ton.

Star Tours, on the other hand, bothers me, and I'm not even remotely motion-sensitive.

Also, Bonine is great for kids prone to motion sickness.

I'm the worst for motion sickness and Test Track is fine for me. It can be a little much if I go two times in a row but once is fine.

I get motion sickness and car sickness, but am good to go on Test Track.

I also get car sick and never had a problem on Test Track. There are other rides that give me a queasy motion sickness though, Soarin, Astro Orbitor and the movie in Canada. The movie in Canada I felt so bad I had to sit down on the floor and put my head down. My eyes could not adjust or something.

I get motion sickness as well. For me, it happens when I am in the car and it is either too stuffy or I can't see out the window. I never have a problem on test track. I think it is because you are not in an enclosed car and have plenty of fresh air. Atleast, I believe that is the case for me!

I am super sensitive to motion sickness in a car/ train/ bus even a swing. I did get a touch of it towards the end of test track part of it was because the windshield was almost not clear at all on the car we were on (scuff/ dirt etc intentionally) but it was so fast that it didn't stick with me.

I have never had a problem on test track.

I use ginger capsules, sea bands, and motion eaze- and the combo of all three do the trick for me, without feeling the jittery/angry/drowsy feelings that I get on Dramamine or Bonine. :thumbsup2

I get car sick pretty easily, occasionally even if I am the one driving the car. I get motion sick on many rides, all spinners, coasters, simulators, sometimes on towers of terror and even on Peter Pan! I get very slight motion sickness on Test Track so I can ride this one.

If your family is susceptible to motion sickness, I would take a bonine in the morning regardless of what you are going to ride because it will help. I did it when I was there in October.

I don't have a problem on Test Track, but I think because it's not long enough at any one test to feel anything.

My husband is very prone to motion sickness on rides but he does great with Test Track - it's actually his favorite attraction at Epcot.

Test Track should be no problem. Expedition Everest on the other hand may be a problem. I have not been on Mission Space but hear it can cause the sickness. Could anyone out there compare MS to EE for me as far as motion sickness.

I am prone to motion sickness and I had no problems on Test Track. It was great!

I suffer from fairly bad motion sickness. Can't sit in back of car on long rides, can't ride tea cups, loop coasters (basically anything that spins or loops) and can't see 3-D movies, but have never had a problem on Test Track

I get motion sick very easily so I took Meclizine (Antivert) that morning and rode Test Track twice that day and was fine. No sickness at all. I even rode Mission Space (Green) and didn't get queasy, which surprised me.

I take Bonine before I go to any of the parks and it REALLY helps me. I also always carry peppermints.

I can ride TT with no problems thanks to my Bonine! And, it doesn't make me drowsy! :)
