We already have a week booked at a nice timeshare resort through skyauction for our upcoming Orlando holiday, but I came across (on Hotwire) a discounted rate for the Nick Hotel. It is $89 per night plus the $20 resort fee plus taxes for a one bedroom unit.
plan #1:
I am thinking of perhaps spending one night there during our week in orlando but :
1) DH thinks it is ridiculous since we already have somewhere nice to stay
2) I have read many negative reviews about this resort on Tripadvisor.

I was thinking about doing something really crazy:
Perhaps booking two nights at $89 and then getting a third night free (they have a special promotion if you stay on your birthday the third night is free). I didn't even run this one by DH since he thinks the one night idea is no good.
Any thoughts on the Nick Hotel or my proposed plans would be really appreciated.
Just when you think you have your holidays plans set 100%, something new comes along.............
