Any Canadians flown JetBlue out of Buffalo?

My DB, SIL, and their two kids (my beloved prince & princess) are joining us for the first time at SSR this year

Thye are looking at flying on Jetblue out of Buffalo. They live in Ontario. Roughly a three hour drive for them. The fares are quite reasonable.

Can anyone here relate their experiences with JetBlue airlines??

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I want everything to go smoothly so that they will join us again!!

Have never flown JetBlue. I don't like the fact they have a stop over in New York. I've heard they have movie sets at each seat though.

The temp for Toronto today is at 34 feels like 37. I'd rather have your weather!

We always fly JetBlue out of Syracuse. We love them and so does my DH and DD. THey love the satelite TV in every seat as we can all watch different programs. Layover in NEw york is painless. They have a place to buy food at their terminal . YOu do not leave the terminal. Get out of one gate and go to another. Very easy as all the gates are in a circle. They have great prices and great flights. You are given a choice of snack and non alcoholic beverage but you can buy a drink on the plane.

We have flown both JetBlue and SWA.

JetBlue was great, unlike SWA you get assigned seats and TV sets with Direct TV for each seat. Also have blue potatoe chips!!

Usually they are slightly more than SWA but I would pick them anytime.

We have flown JetBlue from Buffalo to NYC a number of times...they are GREAT. The TVS are awesome, it really takes the time away. Also you are not stuck watching some dumb movie. I love their bagel chips!!

I love Jet Blue, they are our main airline! Love the extra leg room in the back of the plane, row 11 and back. The chocolate chip biscotti is awesome! They give you a full can of pop, not just a glass. Tv's are great, but we fly early in the morning and there is not much programming on at that time. Never have had any issues with luggage. Love chosing my seat when I pay, we tend to be the first or second family on the plane, so have lots of choice. If you have wi-fi on a laptop, then they have service in their terminal in JFK, with lots of plugs for recharging.

The turn over at JFK is easy as pie, all in the same terminal, lots of food choices, the minimum 30- 45 mins between fights has always been penlty of time. Even when we left BUF 40 mins late, due to weather, we were able to make our connection, it was the next gate over.

I booked Jet Blue the first time because I was too impatient to wait for southwest to open up it's schedule. Jet Blue generally had 6-9 months open at any one time. I live in the most east-north section of TO and it takes us 2 hours to get from home to BUF, generally during slow traffic times, 2.5 hours during daytime driving conditions.
