I was having problems prior to my trip (early March) but can now get it easily. I enables you to see US websites that would normally be blocked to Canadians due to region...... Your connection via tunnelbear shows that you are in USA even though you are not.... http://www.tunnelbear.com/about/

The App works great for me though on my iPhone, so I am grateful for that! Wish they would fix this, but not holding my breath, as Disney's IT Dept is run by Goofy. Tiger
