Hi all,
We have booked our disney wedding through First Choice, and it has been the biggest mistake of my life, they have been HORRIBLE to deal with, culminating in their staff sending me an e mail last week telling me that all the problems they have had are essentially MY fault (like they LIED to me over when they could book our DFTW so i contacted the wedding planner at Disney - via first choice having provided me with the contact details - so now F/C are upset that I spoke to Disney not them), and like I should have known that their IT migration issues would stop them answering e mails for several weeks etc etc etc
And yet they have won some wedding award?!
Also, The woman at Disney has been LOVELY and we can deal with her direct for all the final dtails etc, we can deal with the officiant direct too, AND we have to get our own license, so I am not entirely sure what First Choice do?
Anyone here thinking of NOT booking diirect with Disney - I can only say DON'T DO IT - go direct, I have been off the board for a while *** I have been worrying that I might end up with no wedding since they couldn't tell me that there was an officiant booked (in fact the lovely lady at DFTW e mailed to confirm that they had been booked, not F/C at all)
Lx
