any beaches near disney?

i don't mind to drive an hour or so... but i want clear blue water, as in canada, it is very difficult to find a beach, thanks for your info

To the east of WDW on the Atlantic side is Coco Beach or Daytona Beach, so sorry, no clear blue water. To the west on the Gulf side is Clearwater Beach and in Sarasota, my favorite, Seista Key Beach which has the purest white sand anywhere, feels just like talcom powder. All beaches can be reached in approx 2 hours if traffic allows. Any hotel that has trip brochures will have info on directions....it is mostly I-4 both ways.

the Gulf coast has more than blue water - it is so pretty!!!

I think it is called Emerald coast area - the water is that color - beautiful.
