Any bad experiences with TicketMania, MapleLeaf???

I have heard a lot of the good about using these two ticket sources but wondering if anyone had any bad experiences with either and if so, what were they and would you use them again? I am a bit nervous about using anyone but Disney for tickets but both TicketMania and Maple Leaf are offering some discounts that I just can't pass up!

I can only speak about Ticketmania. I have used them for the past three years and haven't had a problem as of yet. They always ship free and fast. This year they even sent us a lot of maps and coupon books with our order.

A+ company, would do businsess any time with them!

I understand that you're looking for bad experiences, but you may not find any. AFAIK, everyone's experiences with both these companies has been great. I've used Maple Leaf, and their service was really good, even shipping to Canada.

I just received my packet of tickets & other "goodies" from ticketmania on Friday. They had the best prices on tickets & free shipping. I will definitely use them again.

I've used ticketmania 3 times. I always have them delivered to the resort. This time I gave them really short notice and they said they wouldn't promise them until 10 am. They were there by 8. Sorry, no negatives here. They've been great.

I just received my order for one 5 day MYW park hopper. In the envelope were eight Orlando area booklets/brochures loaded with coupons, and a Disney brochure.

They don't charge for shipping or tax...just this one order cost $4.30 for them to send it to me.

Oh, they also photocopied the back of the pass!

I have used Ticketmania about three times now, and have never had any problems.
They also are the cheapest I have found for passes.

I purchased tickets through Maple Leaf last year - no complaints at all. Tickets arrived even sooner than expected, great shipping rate to Canada.

I used Ticketmania.com twice the first time to buy our family of 4 no problems sent in about 10 that's normal mailing time unless you pay for express- Then I purchased 2 more 10 days tickets and got worried after 12 days I called them They said it was not complete but they would send them right out, got them in 2 days - they also send a copy of the back of your tickets keep them seperate so if you lose yours Disney will replace them - and the send all kinds of coupon book and attraction books no problems

I called in a last minute order to Mapleleaf and they delivered the tickets to the Pop Century front desk. The tickets were waiting for us when we arrived. Great expericence.

Another happy mapleleaf customer here. I've used them twice, the most recent purchase being last week. I ordered on Wednesday and received my tickets either Friday or Saturday. I ordered 1 MYW 5 day hopper and two Sea World tickets. Previously I ordered a 5 day park hopper plus. They also include some brochures for you. I highly recommend them.

I just got our tickets from Ticketmania for our Oct. trip today. They said they'd be here by 7/26, and they were here two days early. The packet came with lots of info material, too. No complaints here!

If that ever happened, the DIS Community would be on them like fire ants. TicketMania delivers WDW tickets. These are not leftovers, or in any way illigitimate. Buy with confidence.

I used TicketMania for our trip last April - Our tickets came well before their estimated time. No problems at all. Very reliable!

I used ticketmania in May. I received my tickets about 10 days later. They also sent me photocopies of the tickets, which is very useful in case you lose the tickets. Also...I received many goodies with the tickets. They sent a whole bunch of brochures and coupons for places right near Disney.

Just this weekend I received my tickets for my trip, which starts this Friday. When I placed the order I requested Rush delivery and paid the extra $25. I wanted to be sure that I got them with plenty of time. They contacted me via e-mail, telling me they had the tickets, but that they did not ship Rush to Puerto Rico. So they refunded me the $25 for Rush shipping to my CC, and showed the date they would be mailing them and that I could expect them no later than the 26th. They were in my mailbox on the 23rd.

This is my third time using TicketMania and absolutely no complaints here. I also recommended them to a friend and he was well pleased.

We used http://www.discountorlandovacation.com/ with no problems and I did find they are the cheapest..shipping is free, they also photocopy your tickets and send pamphlets, etc. with your orders.
Another option for you..
I was very pleased with them!
