Any American Idol comments 2/10??? Possible spoilers...

I can't find any other comments about tonights show, so I'll start. Diana, the first girl to sing (16 years old) blew me away, I thought she was fantastic!!! The guys all disappointed me. Walking in Memphis is one of my fave songs of all time, and I did not like that arrangement. I liked the other blonde, who did the jazz song, she was really good. I did not like Fantasia though, although the judges loved her.

I liked Diana too, she was really good and I felt the same about Fantasia. I never liked Macy Gray so I guess that is why I dont like her. I did like the blonde guy, Matthew - besides the fact that he is a cutie.

My votes would be for Diana and Matthew. If I had to chose a third it would be the blond girl who sang the jazz song.

With her wobbly moves and her proclivity to pronoucing "s" as "sh," I thought Fantasia sounded half drunk.

My favorites were Diana (she's 16!!! OMG) and Jennifer Hudson.

I was surprised that I didn't like Fantasia at all (thought she was great for her other performances), and was wondering if the sound really differs so much from the TV vs. live.

I liked Fantasia. She stood out. I thought Katie was good, but didn't really like the song.
If Fantasia is not voted in tomorrow, she will definitely be back for the wildcard.

Jennifer Hudson is the one who was a performer on the Disney Wonder. I thought she was terrific on the ship and I thought that she did a fantastic job tonight.

I voted for her a bunch of times.

I didn't really enjoy Jennifer's performance tonight. I thought Fantasia performed really well, but I can't get past her voice quality (I'm not a Macy Gray fan either). None of the boys had it, IMO. I didn't vote, but I'd say Diana and Katie I guess. I did think Katie made a really BAD song choice - I loved it but I'm a 42 year old mom, not the target voting audience.

I liked Diana the best. I *think* she was on America's Most Talented Kid a few months back...anyone know for sure?

I liked the guy who sang Walking in Memphis second best.

No #1 Diana was awesome!!!

I also agree with you, Erika on the guy who sang Walking in Memphis!! That's one of my favorite songs and he just didn't have it for that song. Btw, I would love to hear Clay sing that song!!!
