Any Advice?

My extended family(17 of us) have been planning a trip for this June since Oct.07. My B, SIL and N might not be able to go now due to financial reasons. My N has only been once and was too young to remember. She is now 13 & my DD is 14, they are excited about going. But I have already made 6 nights of ADR's (most for 6 or 10) so adding one person would be imposible; but I want her to still go. What could we do? I would feel bad all of us sitting down eating while she waited in the park for us. Should we invite her to still come with us or just not say anything? She could sleep in my parents room, she could ride down w/my sister, we could all split her cost between the 4 families going, the only problem is dinner!

Thur 6/18 Biergarten is okay (she was already included in this ressie)
Fri 6/19 Liberty Tree for 6
Sat 6/20 LeCellier for 10

Have you tried to call and change some of your ADR's? Some might be able to accommodate the change. An option for the meals that can't be changed is to let your DD and your niece to eat CS on their own while you eat the TS. They would probably think that was the best thing ever.

Hve you tried calling to see if you can add 1 more person. Last year i had the same situation at the last minute we had 1 extra person and they added her as if nothing was wrong. Maybe you can find out if they can add her.

I just read her response and they would probably think it's cooler for them to eat alone. Just tell them not to leave tha rea until you guys come back.

No I have not called yet, my B told my parents they might not be going, so they have not made it definite yet, so I didn't want to go changing things, and then they go. Also my family of 4 are on the dining plan, so I really want my daughter to use her TS points.

well you did say there were 17 of you guys going maybe during the time u are at a restaurant she can go with other family members...
