Any advice how to get to Universal from Disney World resort

We have a group that will be at a Disney World hotel in August. We want to go over to Universal for the day to do the Harry Potter park.
How does one go about getting over there and back without a car (without spending a fortune)?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Interested to find out, too. We boated over to Disney from POFQ and took a cab both ways.
