any advantage?

I have a full size rental from National {got through Hotwire} coming up. Is there any advantage to signing up for Emerald Club? Would love to skip the line inside and just go out to the garage, but not sure how this works for a Hotwire rental.

You can sign up but if I have my facts straight it won't get you to pass the line now...you would have had to be a member before you did the reservation as there is a place on Hotwire to input your National membership number at the start of making the reservation. Also you don't get any rental credits towards your membership since its consider an outside rental.

I signed up for the Emerald Club but did so before I made the reservation. I don't know how that works when using Hotwire. If you can do it, it's worth it. Call, doesn't hurt to ask.
