Understanding that time of year matters greatly. What restaurants, if any, book up completely at 180 days in advance?

We are DL vets, very trained to make our Blue Bayou reservations at the 60 day mark or we don't get them.

Will be traveling in mid-November, wondering if I need to be on the phone right at 4am 180 days out :)

Thanks!

Online opens at 6 AM ET, if you wait to call on the phone, you'll be an hour late!

Definitely don't wait to call, make them online at 6am EST. Cinderella's Royal Table can be hard to get. BOG used to be pretty tough, but I haven't really followed since the menu change if availability has opened up at all. Other popular ones are Ohana, the new Storybook Dining, and maybe Bon Voyage breakfast, but honestly if you're online right when it opens and are somewhat flexible with your times you really shouldn't have any trouble. I would also suggest planning the harder to get ADRs for later days in your trip if at all possible (assuming you're staying onsite and can take advantage of 180+10).

Depends on what reservations you’re looking for but at 180 days we’ve never had a problem getting any reservations online when then window opens, especially if you’re slightly flexible on days/times.

CRT is probably the hardest in park to get unless your looking for VA or something more exclusive. Most reservations are easy enough - just be sure to have a plan.

To get your desired times, it is best to be online at 6 am EST when your window opens. CRT, BOG, O'hana and Storybook will most likely be the hardest to get. If those aren't on your list, you may have some leeway, but if you know what you want, you might as well book it as soon as it opens. If you don't get what you want initially, you can try the Touring Plans reservation finder which will continue to search for you if a reservation opens up.

I plan to be on right at 6 to try to get BOG for breakfast in September! The more I’m reading on the forums, the more nervous I’m getting about it.
If we can’t get it, I can always go for Crystal Palace...

Sci-Fi and Beaches and Cream can be surprisingly difficult sometimes.:) Not so much at 180 days for Sci-Fi but within a couple of days of the 180's it was gone for the end of November last year. Beaches and Cream was gone right at 180 days last November.

I had a hard time getting 'Ohana 180 days out. Only reservation available at 6am was 9:50 p.m. sitting.
