Any 2009 Ford Escape Owners out there?

Thinking of getting a '09 Ford Escape....anyone out there have one? What model do you have?

If so, let me know your thoughts / opinions?

We don't have a 2009 Escape, but we have owned two of them. We bought a 2001 the year they came out and loved our XLT used it ,loved it till it became a Geigo sandwich. The car in front of him that caused the accident and the car behind him was also insured by Geigo thus a Geigo sandwich. It had over 100,000 miles and we had no intention of replacing it. Because of the accident we bought a 2006 XLT and love it. No troubles and fairly good gas milage.

I just bought a 2008 Escape XLT in December. It is only the second car I've ever had, the first brand new one. I love it! I think the 08's and 09's have the same interior and exterior styles, but the 09 has a bit more horsepower. The seats are pretty comfy, and the backseat can seat 3 easily. I used to have a Mustang so the larger interior is great after always squishing people into the Mustang. It also rides really well, not bumpy at all. My brother just went to change the oil for the first time, and he did say it has some kind of plastic shield that makes it a pain in the butt to change.
