Welcome aboard Lisa! I haven't been on much, just had my third child in January. This will be our family's 4th cruise with disney! It will be: Myself (Julie), DH- Garry, DD- Makenzie (5yrs), DS- Garry (3yrs) and DD- Brooke (age 3 1/2mo. : 9mo. when we cruise). YES WE ARE NUTS!!!! My 14yr old stepdaughter will not be able to go with us this time, so it will be just the 5 of us.

Hey, do you daughters like to babysit? LOL!!! We have been on 3 disney cruises and YET to have made it to Palo's!! This time WE ARE GOING!!!! (keep your fingers crossed). OH, wait a minute, did someone else volunteer to babysit the youngin's??? Or was that wishful thinking on my part?

Well anyways, hi there and welcome to a great bunch of people. I will be posting more and more as the time arrives. I have been lurking so I have been keeping up with the babysitters right, Denise? For some reason, I can't seem to find the time to post. I wonder why?

Hope you all have a GREAT week! It is going to be a wet one here in Ohio. Denine and her family have become great friends since we met on the boards from our last cruise. Since then, we have remained close and see each other when we can. Scheduling is a problem with my hubby's job. But we will be getting together when they get back from Disney or my DD- Makenzie will be very mad at HER friends! (that's what she calls them, her friends, not ours LOL)

MY DD14, Lydia said she would consider babysitting for a night at Palo's for a couple hours.......She has some babysitting experience and she loves kids.....She is also wondering if there will be alot of kids her age, she would like to make some new friends through here to break the ice....anyone ????

So, we need a list of kids willing to babysit! I have an incredibly sweet daughter who will be 2 at the time of the cruise.

Leaving on Friday for WDW where it is warm and sunny! Just the opposite of home!

Julie: You have to figure out how to improve the weather while we are gone!

Makenzie is having her 5th birthday party on Saturday but we can't make it since we will be in WDW. We will think about you enjoying your party though!

Hopefully we will find out about the transitional cruise in the next couple of days.

Julie...I would love to babysit your darling children! My medication is kicking in, my tic is much better, and those annoying voices have almost completely stopped now! They'll be just fine.

My boys are slightly younger and will be in the young oceanears club. Oldest DS is almost 7 (at time of cruise) and youngest will be 3. From what I read on the boards they will spend some time together in the club but not all and that is perfect and enough to give the youngest some security, not that he needs it.

Hello, all you fellow princesses! I need a little help. I can't figure out how to get to the port from MCO. It's just Me & Mekayla, so cheaper would be better..... rental cars don't seem like the deal they should be, since it's only the two of us

I know Mickey's bus will take you, but I can't find where to pre-purchase the transfers, and honestly I don't know if it's $50.00 per person each way, or if it's one way. Also, the only transportation information I could find didn't specify if Mickey's bus will take you to MCO after the cruise. It said that they go to the hotels (WDW) but we're doing our week at WDW before the 16th and flying out the 23rd at 2:30pm.
We are returning our rental to MCO around 8am on the 16th, and I just haven't figured out how to get to the boat. I know you guys that do this vacation a lot have the answer...I'm sure it's even a simple one...but Please help!

On the lighter side, I bought our Tiara's today!! So when you see us wearing them (yes, I said "us") at the sail away, just come up and say, "Hi, Thea & Mekayla" 'cause it will be us!!!

My hubby and I will also be on the CA to FL trip next August (2005). I can hardly wait, although since I have never cruised before, I really have no idea what is in store for me.

Is anyone on this thread taking orders for door signs for the 10/16/04 cruise? If you are, please let me know so that I can place my order.

I can't believe how fast the year is going so far. It seems like October 16th will never get here, but I know it will be here soon as summers always go by so fast.

It will be nice to meet you all on the cruise.

My DH just gave me the okay to buy whatever repo cruise merchandise I thought necessary...I will be purchasing Verandah Man's magnetic door sign, T-shirts, and the flip-flops. I cannot wait !!! But back to our Oct cruise...I finally told my mom we're taking her with us...I'd bought the plane tickets, thought it was about time...that was a couple weeks ago, she has already bought great clothes...I'll be schlepping around in 4 year old capris, and she'll look great !!! Oh well, my own fault, I'm lazy and cheap. Talk to you all later, we only have about 160 days to go.
