Anxiety

Yikes! I get infrequent panic attacks when I am driving by myself. Very scary when you are on a 10 lane highway. Are you all telling me they are likely to increase in less than 10 years when I reach the big 5 - 0? Why did I open this thread?

I am 31 but I have had a hysterectomy so I am on 1mg of estrogen. I had panic attacks and depression prior to my hysterectomy but it has gotten worse with the hysterectomy. I take a Klonopin at night to help me sleep, but now I have read where there are very addicting so I need to talk to my doc about that.

But I do take something for anxiety when I drive, fly or do anything LOL!! Unless I have to take care of my kids then I manage somehow???
