First off sorry for all the questions but this is our first cruise

I had originally booked our cruise on the disney website. I just transferred it to Dreams Unlimited to get the onboard credit.

Will I still be able to book exursions and so forth on Disney's website once paid in full?

Yes, you can still log into the Disney site to see your reservation and you can see the date you'll be able to book excursions. You'll do those right at DCL.

The only thing you cannot do yourself (without going thru the TA) is:

* Make any payments
* Make any stateroom or category changes
* Change date
* Cancel the cruise
* Add insurance

DCL can still help you answering questions or even add special requests.

I know what you mean by "add insurance" but new cruisers may not so I would like to clarify. You can add insurance to your cruise without going thru your TA unless you want to add the insurance offered by DCL. You can use a company of your choice or I highly recommend visiting www.insuremytrip.com

When it's time to do your online check in, you will be able to book adult dining/excursions/nursery/spa/etc. You will also be able to select your PAT. I use DU and I just completed my online check in a few days ago and was able to take care of everything.
