Another Yard Sale question

Do you put out misc toys that have lost their home? Basically I have a bag full of happy meal toys, little people, odds and ends that I cannot figure out where they came from. Do you sell those?

Plus do you sell toys without batteries?

I like to put out a small box of misc. toys for the kids that come with their parents and their parents have given them like a quarter to spend or something.

I have always put the smaller toys in ziploc bags for one price. They always all sell.

I always have a "free" box at the end of the driveway. It would include stuff like this and other items that I deem non-salable, like a really trashy pair of kids gym shoes or some kids socks.

Just put them all in one box and put a sign on the box 5 cents each or 10 cents each. I do this with shoes, and other like items, saves lots of time pricing individual items.

we make up little baggies and these things sell like hot cakes!!!!!!!!!!!

DD put the gallon ziploc out with like items (misc toys) and we sold all but 3 bags and we started with 20!!! We put matching happy meal toys in one, girly stuff in one, princess stuff, hello kitty, etc. Sold for .75 -$1.50 a bag.

I tried having a box of Happy meal toys that I planned I planned on giving kids at my last yard sale, when adults started shifting through
. I am bagging up thing for a sale next week. I also have the toys with out batteries problem - I am going to the $1 Store for batteries. I think it will be worth the investment.

I just finished putting a bunch of hot wheels cars into baggies - 4 into each bag..... what should I price these?

Try .50 for the Hot Wheels. I had new ones in packages and couldn't get .50 so I put 3 together for $1.00.

I have crib bedding set (3 of them ) Is $35 too much?
What about Halloween costumes? I have two that are furry jackets with matching pants(dragon and puppy)? And two that are furry pull overs with hoods(duck and frog).

For the miscellaneous toys: Someone gave me this idea at the last flea market that I was having: Put them with a couple of pieces of candy and place them in a bag for a grab bag for a $1.00.
