Another which resort question-poly vs contemp.

I tried to do a search, but had trouble with it....I know you guys have answered this question before, so thanks in advance for your help.

Here's our situation

We're headed to WDW in Dec for a 6 night stay. The first 3 nights will be at Pop. (no dilemma there). The last three nights are up in the air. We planned to stay at the Poly, MK view (we have stayed here before and LOVED it). Went to book, and our travel agent found a rate at the Contemporary, club level, for about $500 less with a PIN that isn't good at the Poly.

Anybody that can weigh in on this? A big part of me wants to stay at a "new" (to me) resort, but I don't know much about the Contemp, and have no clue as to what to expect with club level. We'll pay the rack rate at Poly, but this seems to be a good deal.....Help!!

If your able to stay Club Level at the Contemporary for less then the cost of a Magic Kingdom view at the Poly, I would say that's a great deal which you should take. I'm the biggest Poly fan there is, and I'd go for CR! To me, $500 over 3 nights seems like a lot (everything is relative, and I recognize that this may not be a big deal for others). The CR is a gorgeous resort, and I have heard really wonderful things about CL there. You will have a gorgeous room with a breathtaking view (no matter which side of the tower you're on). I'd see this as a great opportunity to try something new!
