Usually we go in October, but DH doesn't want to pull DD out of school this year and they don't have any long vacations except for Christmas, etc.

Anyway, that pretty much leaves us w/ summer. My 1st choice was the 11th-18th of June, but my parents would have trouble going then (I think they are going w/ us) and I just found out the Cirque is dark from the 5-20th and I want to surprise DH w/ tickets for that. So... between June 18th and August 19th (last day to visit), does anyone have any suggestions as to what time would be better than the other? We know better than to go around July 4th. We also know it will be hot and crowded during the summer, but I'm wondering if there are any tips as to one part of the summer being better than the other.

My thinking is June 18-25, I guess b/c early summer will be better than late summer, maybe. (Especially w/ hurricanes)

Any advice is greatly appreciated!! TIA! :sunny:

I just checked the historical weather for Orlando. Both June, July & August are usually in the low 90's during the day, and low 70's at night. The average rainfall for each month is above 7". Based on that info, the weather really doesn't vary too much. But if I had to make a choice for that time period, I think I would go sometime in June. I wouldn't go in August since your daughter will be getting ready to go back to school. Anyway, I agree with the June 18-25 time frame. Just remember that you're going to Disney! Have a magical time whenver you go!
