Another "What are my chances" thread

What are my chances of getting either a 1BR or 2BR in mid February (Valentine's week) at HHI at 60 days out? Would President's week be even harder to get? The last week actually runs into the first week of March. How would that be?

I wouldn't be able to secure a reservation until December. Just wondering what kind of luck I'd have.

Piece of cake - February is extreme OFF season for HHI. It's cold - summer is their peak season. You'll have no trouble booking at 7 months.

Even 60 days won't be bad. We've gone at that time of year, and it's so quiet. Of course, since there are so many more 2 BRs than 1 BRs, there's a chance that only 2 BRs will be available at 60 days. A few resturaunts close in the winter, but when we were there, I noticed that they reopened by Valentine's Day.
