Another Weather Question...Sorry

I know that the weather men in Massachusetts cant seem to get it right 5 days out so I'm going to assume (you know what that means) that the same is true in florida. But a question, when the weather says 20 30 percent chance of rain , what does that mean? also partly cloudy or partly sunny?? Isn't that like six of one half a dozen of another? Anyone one care to explain?

It means it could be raining on one side of the park and not another. I think they are pretty accurate with the weather on www.wftv.com here in Orlando.

Our bus driver for magical express explained the weather like this. If it says 30% chance of rain, some time during the day it will rain for 30 minutes etc. However, that being said, I followed the local6 weather religiously before we left. Never did they say anything about the torrential downpours and tornado warnings we had for a day and a half

Just remember, a rainy day at WDW is better than any day at work.
