hey guys i havent been reading through this the past 2 weeks or so but i have a quick question, i hope you can help me out!

how have they been with accepting dvd reviews this month? i know in august i got things rejected for no reason, and i was wondering if that has been fixed a little this month.

The Secret deodorant one was pretty funny. When your phone rang I was like what, but it was a very unique way to do the review.

I think I've figured out some of the method over at Expo. I uploaded a review of our DS lite and a video game review and had both approved in less than 6 hrs. I am starting to think they have a list or data base that tells them what the most popular searches are and that is how they select what to approve first.

I am soooooo sorry for those of you still waiting on approvals and payment. It's so hard to sit there and see a balance and know they just needed to devote 15 mins or so to you and it would be done for the month and you could have your $$.

I just applied, but have not received a confirmation email. How long did it take for people to get their confirmation email? I am excited for this now!

They finally approved all our Aug videos, but still no pay. It's hard when you know others were paid weeks ago. Like I said, I am happy for those who were, but this waiting stinks. We also had some rejected for poor sound and even one for poor video. There are several recent reviews up there way way worse than ours. Go figure, tink

Well I have 12 pending from 9/4/07 and like the last 6 i have uploaded were approved within 30mins of uploading them... what the heck. I think I am going to get screwed with this 60 cap thing... no way to hit exactly 60 (no more no less) as they aren't deciding on my early ones. As it is going right now I could do 14 more and get them all approved within moments and those 12 would become excess of the 60 then and deemed free.

I am going next week and I wanted to see how people have been doing "live" reviews. They are great! In fact, I think we may eat at Casey's based on your review alone. My favorite part was when you were on the teacups. I can't believe you guys brought the camera on all those rides. Did people look at you like you were crazy???

DH finally got paid for August....1400 between the 2 of us...woot...and they approved like 7 vids I uploaded last night already.

Didn't really notice people when we were filming on the rides. But when we film live reviews at restaurants we sure get a lot of looks.

SO...DBF and I just booked our next trip to Disney with money from ExpoTV! Ok so actually we looked at how much we were able to make over this weekend, and extrapolated from that that we would be able to cover a long weekend, so we booked about 2 hours ago. I am so excited! well dh got a bunch of rejections for september on his video games because product is not clearly identifiable...whatever...they are the same as the vids they approved earlier...oh and his review of fuddruckers restaraunt got rejected for not being nationally distributed...it just so happens there are many locations across the us and his was a good review actually in the restaraunt showing the food and the restaraunt itself..ticks me off...i see a lot of food reviews of places ive never heard of in my life...

I received a rejection for September last night and I thought, "Uh oh - here we go. They're all going to be rejected."

But this morning, within the last hour, they've approved 5 reviews going back to Sept. 4th & 5th, so hopefully they're going to zip right thru the rest and approve them! (yeah...right)

Thanks for letting us know. This is good to know! I have about 12-14 pending from Sept 16 even though ones we've submitted after have been approved . Hope they get caught up in a couple of days so we have time to submit new ones if we have rejections.

My still digital camera takes pretty good video also. Some use webcams, but mine were all rejected for poor quality video. I edit my video in Windows Movie Maker, save it as a file to my computer, then upload it to ExpoTV through their site.

Anyone else having issues with slow uploading of videos? I have tried at different times of the day/night and the videos take forever to upload and then don't end up uploading! Aggggg!
