And if ur scared about showing ur identity, sell a kidney.
I recently signed up, but have not uploaded yet. I've been reading the posts the last couple of days and am hoping someone can answer a couple of questions.
Why does everyone wait until the end of the month to upload their videos? Wouldn't it be easier to do it throughout the month so the site traffic wouldn't be so heavy. Is their some benefit to waiting?
If you do a referral, when do you get the $5...when they sign up?
If they don't accept a video, does it count towards your 100 for the month or do only the accepted videos count?
I'm looking forward to having a busy August making videos of everything I can find!!! Thanks.
*scratches my head*...ok so about this whole paypal/500 a month thing...i went to the website, and i was going to just enter the back account and social info...but then i decided to look into the premier account. well, i kinda ended up upgrading my account to a premier account??? lol...i kept thinking there would be a are you sure part, but there never was...anyways...so, is there a FEE for me to withdraw my money now? it says Receive payments funded by PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer or PayPal eCheck- 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD ....but for withdraw funds there is no fee...*collapses* anybody know?? i know a couple of you mentioned you are premier...ive downgraded from premier before because they took a percentage of my payments on ebay auctions, and i know i cant downgrade again, but i just dont know if they will take a percentage of my expo money or not...any info is appreciated...thanks![]()
hmmm...now im really confused about this whole paypal thing...somebody mentioned earlier that if you verified your bank account with them, that they would lift the 500 limit without you having to upgrade to premier. the fee is around 15 bucks for the 500...hmm....just when i thought had everything figured out![]()
No, you can receive and withdraw money with both standard and premier accounts. The difference is that with a premier account you can receive credit card payments, BUT you are charged a percentage for EVERY bit of money you receive. You don't want to be receiving ExpoTV payments into a premier account, probably. PayPal is going to end up with a good chunk of your hard earned money that way. You'll still be able to withdraw it, you just won't have as much to withdraw.ahhh...so i think i am starting to get it here...maybe. so even with premier, that doesnt allow me to withdraw the money, only to receive it? *collapses* methinks i should actually read the paypal site better...thanks for clarifying the difference between receiving and withdrawing tho, i wasnt thinking of that...
From what I understand, there are 2 limits. One on how much you can receive into your account, and one on how much you can withdraw out of your account. On a personal account, the receive limit is $500 and on premiere it's uncapped. So basically if you're making too much money, they want you to pay them the fee. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.
The withdrawal limit is also $500 on personals and $500 on premiere unless you do the verify bank account and soc security... I think.
