Before I start, I would again like to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers for my friend Steve. So many people have been praying for him and I believe it has made a real difference.
In my last update, I told you that Steve had been dimissed from the hospital, but that things were still up in the air regarding a long term prognoses. Well, the most recent tests now indicate that his heart is stronger than initially thought and he will probably not need a heart transplant after all!!!!
. His heart has suffered damage, but they think it is something he will be able to live with if he is careful. Steve is continuing to recover at home.
All of us here are very exicted. The initial news was so bad and these latest test results were much better than we expected. It looks like Steve will indeed be able to resume a mostly normal life when he recovers.
