So how long is your cruise and which cruise line? The best one I went on was through Royal Caribbean- 7 days to Alaska. That was awesome fun.

We are doing the 3 day to Bahamas. Leave Thursday afternoon, Spend Friday in Nassua, Depart Nassau Sat. morning and spend a Fun Day at Sea and get back to Port Canaveral Sun. morning. We are just trying to decide what to do in Nassau. I'm thinking we may do the dolphin swim, that seems to be everybody's first choice.

We're going on Carnival Sensation. It was used right after Hurricane Katrina for housing and then underwent a complete refurbishment just a few months ago. So should be pretty good. Has really cool looking waterslides for the kids. I figured Carnival was better for the kids. Royal Carribean was actually a bit cheaper, but that was the one I was on last month and it was a little more geared towards adults.

Cool! I went on Carnival last year with my work. It wasn't bad but it's more of a party ship IMO.

That's exactly what I was hoping. The kids will have plenty of fun to keep them busy, whilst I sit in the hot tub on the adults only Serenity Deck with book in one hand and frozen drink in the other.

I need to get to bed. We have to get up at 7am so we can get all of our last minute stuff done before we leave.

I remember my co-workers were entranced by this one drink they offered on the ship. It was a monkey shaped bank w/ an umbrella in it that looked like a coconut. Some waiter asked them if they wanted it and they said: "Ooooh......" and then they found out the price tag and snapped back into reality

Mini Hyena party, long past my bedtime.

Hubby is on his way to the dealership in a tow truck-- grrrrr.
He took the day off for his doctor appt (he has a large cyst that needs to be drained- OUCH.. embarrassing to have as it is in his behind a pilonidal cyst-- yuck!). I talked him into going to pick up some coffee and breakfast for us, walked out to car.. came back just minutes later. The car would not start.. CRAP!
Had a friend try to jump it, still won't start.. not the battery as the lights and other things work. Scrambled and did some calling to see if we have tow coverage with our insurance or anything else.. nope. We have a AAA card, but didn't pay for the membership this year. Told him to call and see if he paid today that it would be active today.. he wouldn't do it.

Did more searching, aha! Tow is covered if the problem is under warranty- yes! (just squeaking under the wire for warranty coverage, 5,000 more miles and we would have been screwed)

He just walked in, they gave him a rental and the tow was covered. Now to wait and see what the heck is wrong.

Hope you guys are all having a good weekend. Yesterday my bf and I watched Knowing. That movie was awful....seriously, don't watch it...save your money.

NO!!! Don't say that - DH has been wanting to see this movie for a month!!!

My bf and I didn't like the movie but you and your DH may feel differently. We waited for it to come out too but we just thought that it could have been better.

It is windy today but still sunny outside. We are having some strange weather. It was supposed to rain on Sunday but luckily it didn't.

I'm eating my lunch at my desk....a small box of Barnum's Animal Crackers and some Arizona Georgia Peach Green Tea W/ Ginseng. I still like the packaging the animal crackers come in.

Bernice- I hope your DH's procedure goes well and I'm sorry to hear about your car. Hopefully it's nothing serious and that the repairs will be covered by your warranty.
