UGGHHH! I'm sitting here next to the dog and he has horrible gas. It's smells like a skunk, a bad home perm and a fart all rolled into one.

You know Megan every time I start getting a bit depressed by this economy I just watch the Walton's reruns in the morning.

So far I haven't sent the kids out to collect scrap metal to help pay the electric bill...my life savings isn't stuffed into a small coffee can in the kitchen cupboard...well you get the idea.

I know.. huh? I just keep tellinh myself that we have been MUCH worse off then we are now. I mean.. choosing between food, and heat type broke.

I guess I shouldn't have been complaining the other day. DH is employed, at least for the moment, I have a pretty stable good job. Things could be worse I know. So I guess I will just be thankful for what I have.

Thats what I keep telling myself. Then these babies start fighting with each other, and I want to grab a knife and cut the little buggers out.

What I am MOST thankful for... is the fact that both of my kids are in bed sleeping already.

I ordered DD a cute purple bedspread and purple lamp with feathers on it for her room. She got those purple and white curtains a couple of months ago and still just had her old yellow comforter on her bed. Plus the ugly hotel lamp that she has always hated. I think it's really going to look cute...not to mention it will match her purple Christmas tree.

My first pregnancy was pretty easy. But boy the second one was not fun at all. DS felt like he was trying to push his way out the entire time. DD was going to kindergarten across the street from my work and I could barely walk her to school every day.

We noticed that after DS was born he always used to arch his back and push his head back. I'm sure that's exactly what he was doing inside of me.

I used to enjoy when the kids were little and it was bedtime. Now DH and I go to bed and tell the kids, turn the lights and tv off when you go to bed. Now that I am thankful for.

Oh and you can search for Katie Comforter and it will show that also. Except the photo is the pink one and I got her the purple one. I really liked the clean lines on it. She likes a little foofoo, and I think the lamp will give that. But the comforter will offset it and make it a little more grown up I think. But then again I'm not a decorator so I really have no idea what I'm talking about. I just liked the feathery lamp. It's so her.

Not that I'm trying to panic you or anything, but do you realize in 6 more days you will be down to double digit numbers before B-Day?

I signed up with Enfamil for formula coupons and got my first 2 $5 off checks/coupons yesterday. I can't remember what I told them my due date was. Anyway I'll starting clipping all the diaper and baby stuff coupons and send them to you.

I thought it was rather funny that nobody in my family thought it was strange that I was getting newborn baby magazines and formula coupons in the mail.

Hey Megan, I found you a FREE house! Look, it's on Craigslist, a double wide mobile home in Castle Rock. You move it and it's your's absolutely free! I tried to get DH to go get it so he could use it as a shop for his motorcycles. I got "the look".
