another Under 7's Question

HI, Has anyone had the under seven offer when the child and other payer do not live at the same address or have the same name, also does the other payer have to be 18 or over.
I am trying to find the best option for my sister, and thought if the eldest girls boyfriend went in with the under 7 ( he is not 18 yet), the the other 5 all same name and address could get the 20% discount.

When we did it Hubby went in with daughter under 7, and I used sponsors for myself and the two boys, we paid on the gate and didn't have any problems at all.

I think it depends on who serves you in the Annual Passport office.

I think there is something in the restrictions that you have to prove the child is yours (by passport name or same address)but I'm not sure how strictly they enforce this.
