3/1 offer countered by seller
3/2 I countered counter
3/4 counter offer accepted by seller
3/4 received sales agreement by email, returned by overnight mail. Note that paperwork said close on or before April 18
3/5 contract submitted to the mouse for ROFR
4/3 ROFR waived (28 days)
4/4 received closing docs by email. Seller is in Scotland so I needed to get notarized that this was for personal use.
4/4 sent closing docs overnight to closing agent
4/18 notified we closed, and deed was visible on OC web site. Same date that was on original offer.
4/30 mouse "acknowledged" receiving final papers. Not sure if this means it took 12. Days for closing agent to send, or if it was 12 days in the mouses inbox
5/6 received member number in mail
5/8 reserved 2br savanna view suite for 2nd week of dec, 1 day before the 7 month window opens

67 days start to finish, but it felt like much longer!

We have a contract in with the mouse for ROFR so it is always good to see other folks experiences

Jeesh - my timeline started before yours and hasn't ended yet. It's taking a LONG time for my member number to get to me, though the timeshare agent says I am in the Disney system.

Unfortunately, it seems that by the time I can book it will be within the 7 month window or I lose my 2012 banked points. And here I was thinking I was safe offering in February on a February UY contract!
