Does anybody have experience of buying part used tickets from EBay that have enough days left for their holiday? Just wondering if this is an option to save a few pennies. Thanks in advance - Lou x

I was considering buying my tickets from Ebay too and watched a few tickets to see what they are going for.

However I have just bought my tickets today from AttractionTix as they were only £20 overall more expensive than on Ebay and I wanted the reassurance that I would get valid tickets and not encounter a problem once at the park.

I've scoured the net for ages to find the cheapest tickets and also visited the Disneystore yesterday to compare prices and AttractionTix came out the cheapest.

I paid £60 per adult for a 2 day hopper and £48 per child.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply. That was my concern, encountering problems at the park! Do your tickets arrive as proper tickets or vouchers that you exchange at the park? Thanx again - Lou x

I called AttractionTix to find out because it did say initially that they were emailed. However they are proper tickets that are sent by special delivery and should be with me by the weekend, so not too long to wait for them either. Postage is free, which is a bonus considering they are sending them special delivery.

Has anyone done this?
Im thinking about it but am worried about buying dudd tickets that dont work when i get there.
Any experiences of DLP tickets on ebay you could share with me please?

As there is no way of knowing whether there are any days left on the ticket until you come to use it in the turnstile it is quite a risk to take.

I have to agree. Even if someone had a positive experience there could be no guarantees.

We saw a number of guests being turned away from the gates because there ticket was not valid; for what ever reason. They presumably had to then brace the ticket booths to buy replacements :headache:

I am sure there are many ways to go cheaply without getting tickets from Ebay. The risk would be too great for me. I cannot imagine how it must feel to get there and be turned away. :sad1:

before doing this, check the seller's feedback, and if they have sold many of these part used tickets. if their feedback level is high and the sale looks genuine, id go for it - just make sure u receive it in advance - i am sure you can see if there are days left on tickets...?
