Another snow day

How come whenever I decide today is the day I am going to wrap it's a snow day? They just had one on friday and I was planning on wrapping that day too.

School was cancelled here before anything started falling from the sky!

It just started snowing about 20 minutes ago, and it's supposed to change over to sleet/freezing rain and then all rain by the end of the day.

It happened to me too...I was going to go finish shopping and wrap today and school was cancelled due to ice.

This is what we had overnight and it started to snow again. We are expecting 3-5 more inches by the end of the day.

They are calling for snow here in Vermont tomorrow. However, I've heard 5 different forecasts

I'm hoping the one that says were getting 10 inches is right!!!! I'm ready for it!!

My mom had gotten a personal day for last Friday (she's a teacher) to do some shopping, and get organized. Her school ended up with a snow day, and my sister and stepsisters schools did too. So she took a personal day for tomorrow. Well we're supposed to have snow and ice tomorrow

Another one here too. This is 2 so far; we only get 5 freebies before we have to make them up. If we go 2 days over, DD#1 will have to choose between 8th grade graduation and her recital--and with costumes at $50 a pop. I can tell you what that choice will be! So I hope it's milder after the first of the year.
The thing is this didn't even start until about 6:45--they knew it was coming so they mostly called 2 hour delays to buy time--now we should all have between 5 to 8 inches by the end of the day. Only about 2 or 3 so far, I'm guessing, but it's steady.

I'm wondering if this might happen here too.. Last Friday was a snow day and the last I heard, we were supposed to have some snow, sleet and freezing rain tonight into tomorrow..
