Another Silly Guest Comment

Was at the Mk last week. It was time for the three oclock parade. It was raining but the parade went on as scheduled . A lady behind me said"If it rains everyday at 3pm in Fl why do they have the paarde at 3 pm everyday." It was said as a statement not a question. I almost turned around and said, it does not rain every day at 3 pm, and certainly not every day at the Mk during parade time. I live here, i know this stuff!
