another signature ?

we are using the dining plan. It almost looks like it would be worth it to pay out of pocket. Because it is my understanding you do not get an app or dessert with signature

With the basic DDP you get the entree and a dessert, no appetizer. But to answer you question, I'm not sure if it would be smart to pay OOP for a signature meal, I guess it all depends on what you order (if you don't want a dessert, then pay OOP, if you want a dessert, then I would use the DDP). We always use the DxDP which includes the appetizer, entree, and dessert. I know when we haven't used the DxDP and we paid OOP for our signature meal, we would spend close to $200 for 4 people (2 Adults, 2 Children) and that was not including the alcohol....it did include an appetizer and dessert for DH and I.

As the PP said, if your on the DP you will get an entree dessert and a drink (non alcoholic). If you do not want dessert, perhaps it is best to pay OOP for your entree. All depends what you want. I personally think its worth it to use your DP.
