Another 'Revenge of the Mummy' question

I learnt that 'Kongfrontation' was going to make way for something called 'Revenge of the Mummy' with mixed feelings. I sort of had a soft corner for the big ape going ape in New York and will miss him. But this Mummy ride certainly sounds interesting. I heard that it is scheduled for opening in "Spring 2004" but that can mean anything. We are going to Universal Studios specifically on Wednesday, 5th may 2004. Is there a chance that the Mummy will be on the rampage by then? Otherwise, we will end up missing both King Kong AND the Mummy.

There is a chance that there will be soft openings by then. There is no official opening date yet. I would hope that the ride is pretty much up and running on a regular basis by May.

It should be open by then, but you never know. Technical difficulties, etc. can get in the way. I hope you do get to experience this attraction. From what I have read, it is going to be awesome.
