Any recommendations for resale companies/agents? Any to stay away from?

I read somewhere (don't remember exactly where) to go through Timeshare Store (which is linked by this board). It seems that their prices are fair and are widely publicized. I'm working w/Jerry now (just got the contract in the mail). I will let you know once I close.

She is great to deal with and very low key. Many members have used her and have been very happy.

Nice thing about resales is there are alot of them right now with some very motivated sellers.
