Another Randy Chapman Question

We have booked Randy for the 3 hour intimate package, in his email it says we will get 150+ photos in an album and a DVD. Can the dvd be used to print off photos in the same way as a CD or should i ask for a high res CD aswell? Also are the photos in the album just proofs, i noticed on his website all the pictures have "proof" stamped across them?

Congrats on booking Randy he is AMAZING!!! He gives you all of the photos on a DVD. The reason being b/c they are hi-res they take alot of space. This DVD is what we mean by a hi-res CD. Even though the ones on his site have proof on it, the photos you receive in DVD or hard copy format will not. You can print any size from the DVD, but the "proofs" which do not have proof across them, are 4x5's or 4x6s!

Thanks Jonettea, so i should be able to take the DVD anywhere and get my prints in any size. Does anyone know what the album is like that Randy supplies for intimates?

Thanks Maggie, the album looks lovely, am i right in thinking you had the intimate package for $575 + tax, did you have to pay any extra for anything? also are the prints in your album 6 x 4? and have you done larger prints yourself from the DVD?

Yes I had the standard intimate package, I paid absolutely nothing extra.

He gives you the option of printing your photos at 2 sizes... we opted for the bigger photos (the same size photos that you get when you take your photos to get developed standardly at any print shop (i.e. Walmart, etc)...

And yes-- we have done a ton of photos from the cd that was given to us. We printed 8x10's and put them in frames to give our close family members, and have plenty plenty more. The printing does fine-- we actually got ours printed at wal-mart. Some for as low as .22cents.

No need to worry about anything-- theres no fine print and you are in real good hands with Randy-- I promise you that!! Hes a very tallented individual and I know for SURE that you will be overly pleased once you see what he does for you at your wedding!

Dee i do try not to worry, think i need to accept im just a born worrier. I do feel alot better after coming on here, everyone has been so helpful. I spoke to my Wedding Co-ordinator for the first time today and she was really nice so hopefully everything will be sorted soon and i can relax for a few months before the big day.
