Have you ever had one of those dreams where you're falling, and when you hit the ground, you wake up really tense or nervous or sweeting or screaming or something like that? I just did! The dream was that I was falling in this grey room, which was the same color on the walls that it was on the floor, and I fell and slow motion. And when I hit the ground, I woke up tensed up and sweeting. Can anyone answer me why this is? I don't have this phobia of heights or falling, or anything like that.
