If I remember correctly, yes you do, but it is very quick.

I was on this cruise last year. As I remember it, you do NOT have to clear Immigration or Customs inspection. Norway and Denmark are both part of the Shengen region, meaning that there definitely would be no passport control. Denmark is in the EU while Norway is not, so theoretically there could be Customs issues, but I don't recall anything upon debarking at the end of the cruise.
