another question from newbie

I am about to turn in my reservation for our December trip at my home resort, Boardwalk Villas. Yes, we bought points based in this oldie since I adore the Epcot lake area. How long after a request is made, does one typically wait to learn if they got what they wanted or not?

And when making a reservation for Vero Beach or Hilton Head, can one make a reservation closer to the time they wish, or does this have to be months and months in advance also.

If you call MS and book your reservation for Decemember you should know right away if there is availabilty. I think your chances are good that you could get something since you are still with in the 7 to 11 month window so only BWV owners are able to book. At this point you may not get any BW view and Standard view unit though.

HH and VB - not sure but I have heard they can be tough to get certian room types at certain times of the year.
